Corporate Synopsis

Capital Consultants Management Corporation was formed in 1973 for the purpose of providing third party property management services. Today the firm maintains regional offices in Phoenix, Dallas and Las Vegas with additional operations in Tucson, Salt lake City, Santa Fe, Denver, Orlando, Tallahassee and St. George (UT).

In 1977, the firm actively entered the community association management field. Recognizing the need of professionalism in community association management, the firm has continually provided exceptional services to the homeowner associations, specializing in large scale master planned communities.

Through a combination of internal growth and strategic acquisitions, the firm has grown to be one of the leaders in community association management. Currently Capital Consultants Management Corporation manages over 130 communities.
