Bart Park was named President of CCMC in 2004. Since joining the firm in 1988, he has served in a number of operational leadership roles, the most recent of which was the Vice President responsible for the Arizona Region. During his seven year tenure in that role he oversaw the substantial growth of the company's operations in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah. Each year of his leadership experienced exponential growth within the region.
In addition to his education at Northern Arizona University, Mr. Park has been awarded both the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). He is also recognized as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the National Board for Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). He has served two terms as President of the Central Arizona Chapter of CAI, is a member of the CAI National Faculty, and is one of the founding members and directors of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM).
Mr. Park has a unique grasp of the potential of a new community and has become expert in foreseeing the existing and future needs of large scale developments both from a governance and operational standpoint.

As Chief Financial Officer, D. J. has overall responsibility for supervision of financial matters in the regional offices, as well as corporate financial matters. He also leads the Shared Services division which includes client financial and accounting services, human resources, information technology and corporate facilities. D. J. joined CCMC in 2007 and brings more than 25 years of financial and leadership experience, most recently as Chief Financial Officer of Cold Stone Creamery, the fastest-growing ice cream concept in the U. S. During his three years at Cold Stone, D. J. built and led the in-house finance and information technology teams during the company’s significant growth from 900 U. S. locations to 1,450 locations around the world. He also served five years as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Administration for AG Communication Systems, a developer and manufacturer of advanced products for telecommunications service providers.
D. J. is a CPA and spent three years in the audit practice of Arthur Andersen. He earned an MBA in financial management and business policy from the University of Chicago and a degree in accountancy from the University of Notre Dame. D. J. is a past board member and program director of the Arizona Chapter of Financial Executives International and his other memberships include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Gibbons as President of the Central Division has primary responsibility for the firm's operations in the Central Division including all community management in Texas, and Florida. In addition, he assists with the company's national developer client consulting services as well as staff training issues. Mr. Gibbons has been a hands-on community association management practitioner since 1979. An accounting major at the University of Texas, Mr. Gibbons is one of the few industry professionals to hold both the coveted Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Committed to improving the industry, Mr. Gibbons has been actively involved in IREM and CAI since 1979. In 1990, he was named CAI's Outstanding Volunteer of the Year. He was editor of CAI's Community Management periodical from 1993 to 1996. Mr. Gibbons served three years as a National Trustee of CAI, was CAI's Educator of the Year in 1991, served as CAI National President in 1992 and received the Institute's Distinguished Service Award in 1996. During 1995 and 1996, he headed CAI's Blue Ribbon Task Force on Manager Licensing which envisioned and developed a national manager certification program and helped create the National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
Mr. Gibbons is a frequent speaker, guest lecturer and educator for the community association industry, throughout the United States, as well as past speaking engagements in Canada and Japan.
Tony Ledvina, CMCA, AMS, CAAM, PCAM

Tony Ledvina was promoted to President of the Western Division of CCMC in 2007. He joined CCMC in 2000 as the Community Manager for Estrella Mountain Ranch. The Estrella Mountain Ranch master planned development encompasses 20,000 acres with an anticipated build out of 45,000 homes. During his tenure at Estrella Mountain Ranch, the community grew to 3,000 homes, constructed the Starpointe Residents Club, a national award winning recreation center, and developed a staff that continues to provide high quality service to the community and to the industry. Prior to joining CCMC, Tony worked for United Development Corporation in Mill Creek, WA for 18 years where he was responsible for land development of a 3,200 home master planned community. Work for UDC included serving on the Mill Creek Community Association Board of Directors from 1986 to 2000, including serving as its Secretary/Treasurer as well as serving on the Developer Transition Committee and on the Architectural Control Committee.
Tony earned the CMCA and AMS designations in 2002, PCAM designation in 2003 and CAAM designation in 2005. He has served on homeowner association boards in Arizona and Washington State and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the West Valley Homeowners Association for the Phoenix metropolitan area. Tony earned his B.S. in Geography with an urban planning emphasis from the University of Wisconsin at Platteville.
Deborah Bowers, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Ms. Bowers is Vice President of the Central Region. She joined the CCMC family in 2001 as a portfolio manager of both single family and condominium communities. Ms. Bowers’ interest in marketing and early property development found her working on new client development with the Executive Team. This collaborative effort has resulted in substantial growth of the Central Region.
Recognizing the growth of the area north of Dallas, Ms. Bowers headed up the opening of the McKinney Texas office. In a period of three short years the office has grown to manage (37) metroplex communities.
Ms. Bowers was then promoted to Director of Community Management where her duties included the daily operations of the satellite office as well as the supervision of the McKinney staff.
Ms. Bowers holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, as well as earned the Association Management Specialist designation (AMS) from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Ms. Bowers has alsobeen recognized as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the National Board of Certification forCommunity Association Managers (NBC-CAM).
Delores Ferguson, CMCA, AMS, CAAM

Delores Ferguson was named CCMC Western Division Vice President in March 2007. She is a seasoned professional with 24 years of diversified master-planned and portfolio community management experience. Her extensive knowledge, impeccable professionalism and unquestioned integrity allow her to effectively create, nurture and sustain strong rapport with homeowners, volunteers, personnel, board members, contractors and associates.
Ms. Ferguson has been awarded the AMS® (Association Management Specialist), CMCA® (Certified Manger of Community Associations) and the coveted PCAM® (Professional Community Association Manager) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI). In addition, she has also obtained her CAAM® (Certified Arizona Association Manger) designation from the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM). Previously, Ms. Ferguson has served on the Programs Committee for the Leadership Center, an organization dedicated to providing Arizona residents with the necessary resources for the effective running of residential associations. She currently serves on the AACM Education Committee, writing and teaching industry certification courses. Most recently, Ms. Ferguson was appointed to the AACM Professional Standards Committee, which provides ethical guidance and oversight to all AACM members.
Since joining CCMC in 2006, Delores has provided strategic planning, project leadership, training and financial oversight to several high-profile communities including Terravita, Power Ranch and Vistancia. She consistently demonstrates confidence, poise and enthusiasm; while maintaining open lines of communication in order to identify and resolve problems quickly.
Mary Ann Hopf

Mary Ann was promoted to Vice President of Finance in March 2009. In this role, she is responsible for all client financial services and accounting. She also oversees the corporate financial functions. Mary Ann joined CCMC in early 2008 with over 20 years of financial, accounting and leadership experience.
Mary Ann is a CPA and worked in the audit practice at KPMG Peat Marwick. She has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mary Ann is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Ronald E. Stephens, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Mr. Stephens was named Vice President with Capital Consultants Management Corporation in 2006. Since joining CCMC in 1989, he has served in a number of operational leadership roles, the most recent of which was the Community Associations Manager for a large scale Master Planned Community in the Las Colinas area of Irving, Texas. Mr. Stephens also served as Director of Maintenance at the Central Division Office in Dallas for three years.
In addition to his education at Trinity University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, he is active in the DFW local chapter of Community Association Institute. Mr. Stephens is currently serving as the 2009 Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter President of Community Associations Institute and has served on the Board of Directors for three years.
Mr. Stephens is recognized as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) by the National Board of Certification of Community Association Managers (NBC-CAM). Mr. Stephens has also been awarded both the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and prestigious Professional Community Associations Manager (PCAM) Designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Steena Stencil, CAAM, AMS, PCAM

Steena Stencil joined Capital Consultants Management Corporation in 2009, bringing with her over 20 years of community management experience. Steena began her management experience during college managing commercial and residential properties. Shortly after graduation, she became a licensed Realtor and continued in the property management industry.
Over the years, Steena has consulted for some of the valleys most prestigious developers assisting them in the initial stages of development through transition. She has also managed large master planned communities, Del Webb Active Adult communities and commercial associations.
Ms. Stencil serves as an instructor and co-chair of the AACM (Arizona Association of Community Managers) Education Committee for three years. She has assisted writing course material for new managers earning their CAAM designation as well as material for seasoned managers requiring continuing education requirements. Steena has earned several professional designations; including her CAAM (Certified Arizona Association Manager) in 2005, AMS (Association Management Specialist) in 1999 and her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) in 2001.
Stephanie J. Fee, CAAM, PCAM

Stephanie Fee has been employed with CCMC for 20 years. Ms. Fee began her community management career in our Dallas region where she managed a portfolio of condominium associations. In 1991, Ms. Fee relocated to the Phoenix area, taking on a portfolio of 8 condominium associations and a master planned community of 2,500 homes. Ms. Fee provides consulting services for pre-development communities and oversees the on-site managers in the East Valley and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
As Vice President, Ms. Fee acts as mentor to both the portfolio and the on-site managers at various large communities in the area. Her mentoring duties include presentation of the CCMC philosophy to new employees and to new homeowners in the many communities under our care. Her vast experience in community association management is a valuable asset to those who work with her.
Ms. Fee serves on the board of directors of The Leadership Centre and East Valley non profit agency dedicated to the education of community association and neighborhood leaders. She earned the PCAM® designation in 1991 and is a CAI Certified Proctor for facilitation of the M-100 examination. She has also achieved her Certified Arizona Association Manager designation.
Todd Davidson, CMCA, AMS, CAAM

Todd Davidson is the newly appointed Vice President of the Western Division in Scottsdale, Arizona. Todd joined CCMC in 2003 as Club Director for Estrella Mountain Ranch. In 2005, he became the Community Manager for Vistancia, a community that will consist of 17,000 homes with a 900 acre preserve and commercial, mixed-use and business park facilities.
Prior to joining CCMC, Todd designed and manager several corporate recreation facilities in Arizona and Texas. He received his MBA from the University of Phoenix.
Mr. Davidson holds the CAAM designation (Certified Arizona Association Manager), CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations) and AMS (Arizona Management Specialist). He is currently pursuing his PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager). He also serves on the Board of Directors for the West Valley Homeowners Association for the Phoenix metropolitan area.
