CCMC currently has a full-time Community Standards Coordinator position for Alamo Ranch in San Antonio, TX!

The Community Standards Coordinator is responsible for implementing the community standards enforcement and modification application process. Performs a variety of administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks necessary to provide high-quality community services.

The Community standards Coordinator will perform property inspections on a daily basis for property violations; perform nightly or early morning street parking inspections; inspect, process, and maintain violations for the community according to approved policies and design guidelines; prepares notification letters per established procedures; track violation notices to ensure action is taken accordingly and to ensure communication is made with the homeowner with the notice of the violation; follow up with homeowners on violation phone calls, notices, and legal notice; responsible for the review of all modification applications to ensure all proper documentation is submitted before submitted to the Architectural Committee for review; responsible for scheduling and preparing hearings on any variances, appeals, or recommendations to the Community Manager and Board of Directors’ perform modification inspections weekly; responsible for communication with the Architectural Committee and Board members on modification application status and project completion inspections; schedule and conduct monthly meetings with Architectural Committee to review modification applications, violations, hearings, appeals, variances, and any legal matters; provide information, assistance, materials, and education to new and existing homeowners regarding the benefits of Association living; receive and respond to homeowner phone calls regarding modification applications, homeowner violations, policies, and design guidelines; perform Re-sale inspections; responsible for communication with legal counsel on as-needed basis; prepare, mail letters for all compliance issues, modifications and makes phone calls to communicate with homeowners on any issues or items; assist with daily operations of the Association Office; assist community manager with as-needed projects for proposals.

Alamo Ranch is located in San Antonio, Texas.  This master-planned family community consisting of 1,231 single family homes, which is Homeowner control.
