Michael is a high performing sales and operations leader who has consistently delivered outstanding results across multiple sectors, including fiber-optic services, private equity-backed investments, and solar energy. He brings an extensive background in scaling businesses, with a focus on improving growth and go-to-market processes, and developing high-performing teams.
Michael’s most recent role was as a member of the C-suite at Blue Stream Fiber, a private equity-backed $150M fiber-optic provider, where he led commercial functions driving 30% growth year-over-year and supporting a successful recapitalization event. Prior to that, his leadership role at FirstService Residential, also played a pivotal role in centralizing the sales and marketing process across recently acquired businesses, further driving significant YOY growth.
Before his work at Blue Stream Fiber, Michael served as Managing Director at JCM Capital, where he successfully supported the development of utility-scale solar projects in Africa and founded TFS, which he led to a successful PE exit.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in economics from Western University.
