What is an eStatement?
eStatements are electronic versions of your community association account statement. These statements are traditionally distributed by postal mail, but eStatements will arrive in your digital inbox instead.

Can I receive both a paper copy and an eStatement?
No, you are only able to choose one format. If you register for eStatements, you will no longer receive paper statements in the mail. Please note, however, your community association may still use postal delivery for other communications, such as annual meeting and violation notices.

Can anyone sign up to receive eStatements?
While most of the communities we serve are eligible to receive eStatements, communities that have elected to provide a monthly coupon booklet rather than periodic statements are not eligible. Homeowners in these communities receive their coupon booklets at the start of each year.

What if I’m unsure whether my community uses a monthly coupon book?
The following communities use monthly coupon books and are, therefore, not eligible to receive eStatements:
Colorado: BackCountry
Florida: Celebration Townhomes
Nevada: Red Rock Country Club, V at Lake Las Vegas
Texas: Indian Creek Condos
Utah: Brio, Stoneleigh, SunCrest
