CCMC currently has a full-time Accounts Receivable Supervisor position available in Scottsdale, AZ!
Responsible for oversight of transactional day-to-day processes, monthly A/R processes and training of employees. Responsible for hiring and maintaining oversight of A/R staff (5-8 individuals). Authority to discuss personnel issues with staff up to formal termination action on employee development plan if needed.
The Accounts Receivable Supervisor will supervise the billing and collections process for homeowner association (HOA) assessments and other receipts ensuring timely and accurate billing, collection and posting of all receipts due the association; maintain Portfolio of Key Clients Assist employees with general process questions; review and complete research requests related to account balances; assist with new owner setup issues related to documentation received from closing; assist staff with escalated owner issues; identify training needs; assist manager with implementation of universal team training; process and procedure implementation with staff; process ACH files; act as final approver on statement process; approve timecards and process employee review.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory and training experience along with experience in the Homeowners Association industry; the ability to listen and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing; collaborative leadership style with critical thinking skills; possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills; establish and maintain strong working relationships with accounts receivable staff, community managers, and financial services team member; possess strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a minimum of 2 years’ supervisory and training experience is preferred.
This position is set in a typical office environment and requires occasional time commitment outside of regular working hours.
