Delores leads CCMC’s community operations, resident experience, and business development teams. She oversees all sides of our customer-facing operations, working with customers, team members, and business leaders to deliver best-in-class large-scale community management services.
She joined CCMC in 2006 and has previously served as vice president and community manager.
