Azra Sibic

Azra Sibic, CPA serves as Chief Community Accounting Officer at CCMC, bringing more than 18 years of experience in community association accounting and financial leadership. A licensed CPA in Arizona, Azra oversees CCMC’s Accounting Department, including Community Accountants, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury Services.

Since joining CCMC in 2022, Azra has led significant improvements in financial reporting quality, implementing streamlined, accuracy-focused processes that enhance transparency, reliability, and operational efficiency. Her work has strengthened confidence among boards and stakeholders while supporting consistent financial best practices across the organization.

Azra is deeply knowledgeable in industry-specific accounting standards and regularly supports boards and internal teams through financial training, board meeting participation, and hands-on guidance. She holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from Grand Canyon University. Outside of work, Azra enjoys traveling, reading, and watching soccer.
