The CCMC team is dedicated to improve wellbeing within communities.

HomeWorks is our employee-driven program that partners with charitable organizations across the nation to provide volunteer opportunities to our team. We offer eight hours of paid volunteer time each year to all full-time team members.

This machine-readable files link is made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The MRFs are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.
