Delores Ferguson, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, CAAM, joined CCMC in 2006 and brings more than 37 years of distinguished experience in community management. Her extensive expertise, professionalism, and unwavering integrity have enabled her to cultivate strong relationships with homeowners, volunteers, and team members alike. As a longstanding Board Member of the Arizona Association of Community Managers, Delores actively monitors legislative developments impacting community associations across Arizona. She participates in weekly legislative update sessions and engages directly with state legislators to advocate againstbills that could negatively impact HOAs and the essential work performed by onsite teams.
Delores holds several prestigious certifications and designations, including Certified Managerof Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), and Certified Arizona Association Manager (CAAM). A respected leader in community management, Delores is highly regarded for her ability to build and maintain strong industry relationships.
