CHELSEA BAYLIFF

Chelsea Bayliff serves as Manager of Resident Experience at CCMC, leveraging
over nine years of expertise in community management and engagement. She
began her career as a Lifestyle Director for a master-planned community in
Charleston, South Carolina, where she developed resident-focused programs
and initiatives.
Chelsea provides strategic leadership in community engagement, overseeing
relationship building, events and programming, amenity activation,
communications, partnerships, and resident-led groups. Her collaborative
approach fosters vibrant communities where residents feel connected and
engaged.
