Yumaira Aguilar-Sanchez, CMCA®, AMS®, serves as Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC and brings extensive leadership experience spanning community association management, master-planned communities, and hospitality operations. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for developing trusted relationships, solving complex challenges, and serving as a strategic partner to boards of directors, developers, residents, and executive leadership teams.
Yumaira has successfully led operations for some of the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s premier master-planned communities, overseeing community transitions, operational performance, resident engagement, amenity management, and long-range strategic initiatives. She is recognized for her ability to balance the physical, operational, and financial needs of a community while aligning stakeholders around a shared vision for success. Her strengths include strategic planning, team development, board relations, operational excellence, and creating innovative solutions that enhance both community performance and the resident experience.
Known for her authentic leadership style, Yumaira believes that strong communities are built on trust, transparency, and delivering on commitments. She excels at fostering meaningful partnerships, navigating complex situations, and developing actionable strategies that drive results while maintaining a people-first approach.
Yumaira holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality & Tourism Management from the University of North Texas and has earned the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). She is also a trusted partner in Ladies in Land, where she actively supports and promotes the advancement of women within the real estate development and master-planned community industry.
Outside of work, Yumaira enjoys spending time with her family, exploring new culinary experiences, and serving in her church. She is passionate about building strong communities, developing future leaders, and creating meaningful connections that positively impact the lives of those she serves.
