CCMC Announces Partnership with Ladies in Land and Launch of New HOA Management Certification Program & Educational Series
CCMC is proud to serve as the exclusive HOA Management Partner for Ladies in Land Inc., a national network dedicated to educating, connecting, and elevating women in land and real estate development.
This partnership reflects a shared belief: meaningful education strengthens the industry and the communities it creates.
“At CCMC, our mission has always been rooted in building community and putting people first,” said Deb Dulsky, Chief Executive Officer of CCMC. “Our partnership with Ladies in Land is a natural extension of that purpose. By supporting meaningful education for the professionals shaping communities from the very beginning, we provide resources to help teams plan communities with the insight, care, and long-term perspective needed to create places where people truly belong.”
Erica Sinner, founder and CEO of Ladies in Land, has built a platform dedicated to education that empowers professionals across the land development industry to grow their careers and help shape stronger, more connected communities. Together, CCMC and Ladies in Land are expanding that mission through new HOA educational programming, leadership development opportunities, and industry collaboration.
As part of this partnership, CCMC is excited to introduce a new developer-focused HOA Certification Program and Educational Series, launching June 1.
Designed for community builders, this program explores the critical decisions that influence the resident experience long after the first home is sold, from HOA strategy and budgeting to amenities, operational readiness, and transition planning. It’s all built around one guiding principle that is central to CCMC’s approach:
The best communities are planned for how they will actually live.
Through this initiative, CCMC is honored to contribute its community management expertise to help developers think earlier, plan more strategically, and build communities that thrive over time.
We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful to support a network that is helping build the next generation of industry leaders.
Ladies in Land members can access the training via the member portal.
