Shearwater’s Dylan Reed has been named Lifestyle Director of the Year by the Northeast Florida Builders Association. Dylan, who was recently promoted from lifestyle director to assistant community manager, was recognized at the NEFBA’s Laurel Awards last week.
“Dylan has become a true leader in the Shearwater community,” said vice president Jenna Perkins. “As a lifestyle director, he worked tirelessly to build awareness around community news and events and to develop relationships with and among the community. This award is much deserved and a great capstone to his time as a lifestyle director, as he settles into his new role.”
