Anthem Ranch has been named 2013 Community of the Year by community Associations Institute (CAI) Rocky Mountain Chapter. This honor recognizes financial stability, responsible governance, member involvement, association planning, exceptional management, distinguishing characteristics and events, accomplishments and association involvement with the surrounding community.
