Anthem Ranch Named 2013 Community of the Year

Anthem RanchAnthem Ranch has been named 2013 Community of the Year by community Associations Institute (CAI) Rocky Mountain Chapter. This honor recognizes financial stability, responsible governance, member involvement, association planning, exceptional management, distinguishing characteristics and events, accomplishments and association involvement with the surrounding community.

Recognized for enhanced communications, impeccable landscaping, green initiatives, a new builder orientation program, and their club expansion initiative, Anthem Ranch was selected for this honor over 10,000 other Colorado communities. “The CCMC team at Anthem Ranch wishes to thank everyone whose leadership and stewardship has contributed to our success,” explains Sue Santos, CCMC community manager for Anthem Ranch. “At CCMC, our brand of community management emphasizes collaboration with neighborhood volunteers.
