The results are in and CCMC manages three of the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities in the nation! That’s according to the real estate consulting firm of RCLCO that recently released its mid-year rankings for 2014.
Mountain’s Edge (Las Vegas, Nevada), Providence (Las Vegas, Nevada), and Towne Lake (Houston, Texas) all made the 2014 mid-year list. In fact, these three CCMC-managed communities accounted for more than 840 of new homes sold. The numbers at Towne Lake, a newcomer to the list, were up a whopping 68% over last year! So, here are the numbers:
- No. 5: Mountain’s Edge sold 341 new homes
- No. 8: Providence sold 282 new homes
- No. 18: Towne Lake sold 221 new homes
