The National Association of Home Builder’s National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) recently announced Silver Award Winners for The Nationals new home sales and marketing awards. Among the winners was CCMC-managed Windsong Ranch, TX, receiving 2017 Silver Award honors in the following categories:
Master-Planned Community of the Year (third year in a row)
Best Landscape Design Master Planned Community (second year in a row)
Best Computer Generated Sales Tool
Best Signage (third year in a row)
This makes Windsong Ranch a finalist in these four categories for the Gold Awards, to be announced at the Nationals Gala on January 10, 2017 at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando, Florida. To date, the community has been awarded seven Silver Awards and one Gold Award for its determination, integrity, creativity and endurance.
“The Nationals are the most prestigious awards of their kind, setting the benchmark for innovations in new home design, marketing and sales,” said Meredith Oliver, chairperson of the Nationals. “NAHB’s commitment to recognizing originality, imagination and success has been exemplified by its award winners since the competition’s inception.” Started in 1982 as the Institute of Residential Marketing, The Nationals award program continues to recognize superior new home sales and marketing achievements. With 57 categories across various disciplines of the new home industry, the awards honor excellence in product and community design, advertising, marketing and sales achievements by individuals and sales teams.
