“It is very rewarding to announce that our relationship with Shea Homes Colorado has resulted in a new consulting project for our company,” explains western division president Delores Ferguson. “Our work with The Canyons in Castle Pines, Colorado will begin immediately.”
The Canyons is a 3,300-acre community that will eventually grow to 2,000 households. It will be a place designed for active living, outdoor recreation and environmental stewardship. More than half of the land will be dedicated to parks and open space. Public school sites, civic uses, retail environments and business space will make the neighborhood complete. Residential infrastructure work will begin later this year. Homes are expected to be ready for sale in 2018. When complete, this project will nearly double the size of city of Castle Pines.
