CCMC has begun providing pre-development consulting services for Windrose at Zanjero Trails, a new 680-acre mixed-use, native desert project at the intersection of Perryville and Camelback Road in Maricopa County. Developed as a partnership between Sunbelt Holdings and Maricopa Water District, this community will grow to 1,700 households. Windrose at Zanjero Trails is projected to open in 2017.
This will be CCMC’s sixth project with Sunbelt Holdings. Our relationship with this long-standing client began in 1998 at Power Ranch. Later, Vistancia, Sonoran Foothills, Blackstone and Johnson Ranch were added to our portfolio.
