CCMC has been selected to provide community associaition management services to Traccia, a guard-gated, community located in the Red Rock area of Summerlin in Las Vegas, Nevada. Developed by Toll Brothers, Traccia has 335 homes and a luxurious clubhouse which includes fitness center, meeting rooms, two pools, and two tennis courts. Our service began on July 1, 2015.
