After 18 months, CCMC has successfully completed pre-development consulting services for Bryson, a new master-planned community by Crescent Communities. Located in the Austin suburb of Leander, Bryson will be the fifth Crescent community managed by CCMC. “Everyone at CCMC should be recognized for this opportunity,” says central division president, Todd Davidson. “Our client fulfillment and shared service teams have done a tremendous job of building a strong relationship with Crescent Communities through our efforts at Belterra, Oakland Park, The Groves, Wildridge — and now Bryson.”
Situated near the San Gabriel River, on 490 acres of beautiful Hill Country terrain, Bryson will eventually include 1,200 quality homes and a community amenity center, scheduled to open in the summer of 2016. Access to downtown Austin is quick and easy, thanks to a convenient Leander Metro Rail station. Designed as a live, work, play community, Bryson is close to great shopping destinations, such as 1890 Ranch, featuring more than 80 shopping, dining, service, and entertainment venues.
