CCMC has been selected by Terra Causa Capital and GF Properties Group to provide district management services for Cimarron and Vauxmont Metropolitan Districts. Both districts are located within the Candelas development, which currently has 400 homes and will grow to 2,500. With an emphasis on natural beauty and connectivity to Colorado’s outdoor recreation, Candelas offers innovations in green living and best-in-class homebuilders. Transition will start immediately and our management services will begin on October 1, 2015.
At Candelas, district amenities will ultimately include two swim and fitness clubs, 192-acres of open space, a community garden dedicated to producing sustainably-raised, organic produce, 13.5 miles of trails for walking, running, biking or horseback riding, and six major parks. This community has been designed for neighbors to celebrate the land, their lives and each other. “It’s exciting to see our Colorado portfolio grow,” says division president Delores Ferguson. “We are thrilled to welcome two new, innovative districts to the CCMC family.”
