After nearly one year of consulting, CCMC has smoothly transitioned into the management of La Estancia, Sunbelt Holdings’ first planned community in Tucson. This will be our fifth management agreement with Sunbelt, others include Power Ranch, Vistancia, Sonoran Foothills and Johnson Ranch. Additionally, we are currently providing pre-development consulting to Sunbelt on four other projects named Norterra, Windrose at Zanjero Tails, La Privada and Lakin Ranch. Our management services at La Estancia will begin on May 1, 2016.
La Estancia is composed of 565 acres and will eventually grow to 1,500 households. Centrally located along I-10, this community is accessible to the University of Arizona, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base and Tucson International Airport. Home products will be designed to attract both first-time and move-up buyers. La Estancia will offer an authentic and thoughtful plan, a unique set of amenities, distinctive architecture, modern charm and highly-ranked schools. Parks and trails will be used to connect residents and promote community.
