CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeff Girardeau to vice president for the central division. Jeff joined CCMC in 2012 and currently serves as the community manager for Belterra, Texas. “A true servant leader, Jeff recognizes that resident and team collaboration is essential to long-term success,” explains central division president Todd Davidson. “He is personally committed to building relationships that allow CCMC to activate the passion and talents of others, in order to benefit and evolve the communities we serve.” In his new role, Jeff will share his talents for community leadership, collaborative partnerships, proactive communications, financial acumen and operational excellence with our growing list of clients and team members throughout the Austin/San Antonio area.
Jeff served as the director of community association management for another management company in Austin, before joining CCMC in 2012. Initially, Jeff served as our community manager for The Hollows. For the past two years, he has served as community manager for Belterra. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University. He also holds his CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® designations from Community Associations Institute (CAI). Last year, Jeff was named 2015 Manager of Excellence by CAI’s Austin Chapter for his transformational leadership at Belterra. “I look forward to enhancing CCMC’s team support and customer care throughout the Texas Hill Country, as we further our company’s vision, mission and purpose in this market.”
