CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy McClain. In his new role as director of client fulfillment for the Nevada division, Jeremy will be responsible for establishing solid client relationships, training and mentoring several Las Vegas-area teams, and the daily coaching of managers on applying the art of community management that differentiates CCMC. “Jeremy’s ability to build genuine connections with people, combined with his optimistic approach, purposeful leadership and unrelenting process improvement, has consistently set him apart,” explains division president Tony Ledvina.
Originally from Las Vegas, Jeremy joined CCMC in 2010 with a background in project and construction management. He first served as the assistant community manager for Mountain’s Edge. In August 2013, he was promoted to community manager for Inspirada. Under his extraordinary leadership, this growing community has expanded and diversified its lifestyle program, formed a resident social committee, developed a maintenance program for all City Home products, and successfully established several new service areas. His exceptional performance over the years has led to his latest promotion.
“I am thrilled to have this opportunity to expand my role with CCMC,” says Jeremy. “This is a great company with great people. It is a true privilege to represent it in this new capacity and be in a position to work with even more of our incredible team members.” Jeremy holds his Nevada Community Association Manager (CAM) certificate and his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Jeremy will assume his new role once his successor at Inspirada has been identified and trained. The search for qualified candidates will begin immediately.
