CCMC expands its presence in Phoenix’s East Valley with the addition of Las Sendas. This premier, established community includes 3,400 homes and offers healthy lifestyle opportunities, multi-generational activities and superior services to homeowners in a comfortable, beautifully maintained desert environment.
Our relationship with Las Sendas began about a year ago, when board president Jeff Brugos contacted division president Delores Ferguson. The two remained in touch through the summer and fall, when CCMC was invited to compete for the community’s management services contract, which we recently officially received. CCMC began serving the community April 1.
