Our relationship with Toll Brothers, established over the past several years, continues to grow as CCMC will provide pre-development consulting to Montane in Castle Rock, Colorado. CCMC currently provides management services to the following Toll Brothers communities in Colorado: Kechter Farm, McKay Shores and The Preserve at McKay Shores; plus these Arizona communities: Aviano and The Villages at Aviano. Additionally, in 2016, we also began providing pre-development consulting services for Toll’s Prasada project, which is located in Surprise, Arizona.
Montane is envisioned as a mixed-demographic community, with one half designated as active adult and the other targeted to families. The neighborhood will grow to 1,200 units on 700 acres and feature two clubhouses, pools and walking trails. The community is expected to come online in fall 2019.
