Publisher AZ Big Media recently released the results of the 2020 Ranking Arizona Survey, which recognizes the top Arizona businesses in a variety of industries. We’re proud to announce a total of 13 communities we serve placed among the best Master-Planned Communities.
Vistancia in Peoria maintained its place atop the list of Master-Planned Communities (2,300 Homes or More), which it has held for several years. The announcement read, “Set among the a stunning backdrop of mountain ranges with views of the natural Sonoran Desert, Vistancia offers some of the best in new home options and community living.”

Mountain Bridge in Mesa climbed from No. 4 in 2019 to claim the top spot in the Master-Planned Communities (2,299 Homes or Fewer) category. “In addition to a robust calendar of community events, classes and activities, this neighborhood also features several impressive amenities,” the announcement reads.

Plaza Lofts at Kierland Commons in Scottsdale, unranked last year, claimed the No. 1 spot for Condominiums: High Rise Living. “This boutique community offers a one-of-akind real estate lifestyle that blends live, work and play. Landscaped terraces, courtyards and a pool deck connects two buildings along with on-site concierge staff and property management, a pet park, outdoor kitchen, heated lap pool, dining and barbecue areas, two community lounges, a professional fitness studio, and reserved parking in the private garage,” the announcement reads.
