CCMC has been selected as the full-service community association management provider for Cadence, a new mixed-use master-planned community in Henderson, Nevada developed by LandWell Company. Focused on the connectivity of people and places, Cadence will combine suburban amenities with urban conveniences. The project, located at Boulder Highway and Lake Mead Drive, is scheduled to open later this year. Situated on 2,200-acres of historic land, Cadence will feature nearly 14,000 households within a mixed-use community including a town center of retail, office, hotel, and casino space. This city within a city design will maximize density around commercial centers and connect neighborhoods with pedestrian-friendly streets, trails and parks. Mass-transit options will connect the community to Henderson and the Las Vegas valley. A GPS linked bike share program will encourage an active lifestyle and free WiFi in all park areas will keep residents connected. A 50-acre central park will become the heart of community recreation and activity and a 174 acre recreation park will feature numerous sports fields along the Las Vegas Wash.
