Once again, CCMC’s strong relationships with our clients and partners have led to new business. “Through our consulting projects, we have been introduced to many like-minded partners, including the land planners of TBG Partners,” explains division president Todd Davidson. “So, when our friends at TBG recently received a phone call inquiring about our service product, they were able to provide a solid reference. That reference soon turned into a new consulting agreement with William Cole Companies.” CCMC will now be providing consulting services for their new mixed-use project near Texas A&M University, named ATLAS.Our consulting services will include preparation of a full-cycle budget, review of all governing documents, and creation of a strategic lifestyle plan.
Located in the Bryan/College Station area, ATLAS is the first and only master-planned community in Texas designed for companies engaged in the manufacturing of biological and pharmaceuticals. Zoned as a Planned Development District, ATLAS offers space for manufacturing, office, hotel, restaurant, retail, and high-density residential uses. A planned town center will feature restaurants, hotel and conference center. “The town center will eventually become the hub of community life,” explains corporate lifestyle director Debra Wyatte. “Through this venue we will build a lifestyle program that will connect residents to business people to hotel guests to restaurant patrons.” As a planned community, ATLAS is protected by a code of covenants and design guidelines. The association will be responsible for overseeing all community standards, assuring uniformity of design and maintenance. It will also own and maintain all community parks and trails; approve all signage; and administer architectural review.
