CCMC is proud to announce that Western Division president Delores Ferguson has been elected to serve on the 2020 Community Association Managers Council for Community Associations Institute (CAI). “Serving in this capacity is a testament to Delores’s commitment to our industry. Her character and professionalism will have an extremely positive effect on this important organization,” says COO and president Todd Davidson.
The Community Association Managers Council represents all CAI community association manager members. The Board consists of twelve members and provides input on policy matters to the CAI Board of Trustees. Additionally, the Council serves as a key resource to staff, as they make recommendations on education curriculum, designations, and best practices, as well as help to identify what is of value to manager members.
Delores will begin her two-year term in January 2020. “It is truly a privilege to serve the community management industry on a national level. I am looking forward to working with my fellow Council Members to help managers across the country become stronger, more well-rounded and more strategic leaders in their communities,” she says.
CAI provides education and information to community associations and the professionals who support them. The organization’s mission is to inspire professionalism, effective leadership, responsible citizenship, and legislative advocacy. Learn more.
