CCMC is pleased to announce the promotion of Brandon Exline to director of client fulfillment for the western division. In his new role, Brandon will support, train and develop CCMC teams; cultivate client relationships; and coach community managers on how to master both the art and science of community association management. He will be based out of our corporate office in Scottsdale, Arizona. “I am truly grateful for this new opportunity and eager to support the continued success of our team members and clients, as we work together to fulfill our purpose of creating experiences that connect people,” said Brandon.
Originally from Colorado, Brandon joined CCMC shortly after earning his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2006. Since then, he has served as development coordinator for SouthShore at Lake Las Vegas, assistant community manager at SouthShore, community manager at V at Lake Las Vegas and, most recently, community manager for Providence. Under his leadership, the CCMC team at Providence has received several awards, including “Southern Nevada Outstanding Master Association of the Year” from Community Associations Institute’s (CAI) Nevada Board of Directors. “Brandon’s career with CCMC is a wonderful example of the opportunity our company holds,” explains division president Delores Ferguson. “His intelligence, drive, and ability to implement creative solutions have always set him apart.” Brandon is recognized as a CMCA® by Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and holds the AMS® designation from CAI. Most recently, Brandon completed his CAI case study, in pursuit of his PCAM® designation.
