CCMC has successfully completed pre-development consulting services for Bridges at Las Colinas and Campion Hollows, two new Dallas-area neighborhoods developed by Hines Residential. The services included building a full-cycle budget, reviewing all community documents and providing operations and maintenance recommendations for the municipal districts that exists on each project. “With our consulting complete, I am pleased to announce that Hines has executed management agreements with CCMC for both communities,” explains division president Todd Davidson. CCMC will begin managing both communities on February 1, 2014. The first homeowners are expected to arrive three months later.
Bridges at Las Colinas includes 400 homes situated around a lake and park system. Connected by hike and bike trails, the community will also include an amenity center and plenty of open space. As part of the Las Colinas master plan, Bridges at Las Colinas will be known for creating an excellent quality of life and its unrivaled aesthetic beauty.
Located within the Valley Ranch master plan, Campion Hollows features 121 new home sites in North Irving. Great schools, nearby shops and convenient recreation areas allow residents to have all the benefits of a new home, while enjoying all the conveniences of an established master plan.
“Although Hines has worked with other community managers in the past, none were able to provide the consulting and district services of CCMC,” explains Todd. “Now, it’s time for us to demonstrate just how different a community association management company can be.”
