Crescent Communities has selected CCMC to become the community association management firm for Belterra, located in the Austin suburb of Dripping Springs. “CCMC has been consulting on this established project since our client acquired it last year,” explains division president Todd Davidson. “After conducting an impressive lifestyle audit and staying true to our level of service and management philosophy, we have gained the trust of all parties involved with this project.” Our management contract will began on March 1, 2014.
Belterra currently has 1,200 homes and will grow to 2,000. Known for its vast open space and fantastic trail system, this neighborhood also includes a community center, gym, aquatics center and several lifestyle events. “We are excited to raise the bar at Belterra and give the community the tools it will need to realize its full potential of connectivity,” explains corporate lifestyle director Debra Wyatte.
