CCMC has been selected by McCord Development, Inc. to manage Generation Park; a 4,000-acre world-class, master-planned commercial park in Houston, Texas. Perfectly situated within Houston’s growing northeast corridor, Generation Park is the largest new commercial development in North America. Designed to help global corporations attract and retain the top talent, Generation Park will include a 52-acre, mixed-use development called the S.PA [es-pah] (Subsea Lane Pedestrian Advantage).
