CCMC has been selected to provide management services to the Raintree Office Center II Condo Association, an office condominium development of more than 48,000 square feet in Scottsdale, Arizona. Suites range in size from 1,600 to 12,600 square feet. The project was constructed in 2004 by Colonial Development LLC. Our service began on January 1, 2015.
