CCMC has been named the community management firm for Vizcaya. Developed by Taylor Morrison, Vizcaya is a new, 477-acre, master-planned community near Austin, Texas. Eventually, the project will include 1,200 homes, ranging from 1,500 to 4,400 square-feet. Designed to welcome all generations of homeowners, the community design includes active adult and family neighborhoods. “No matter what your life stage, this community truly represents a fresh approach to active living,” explains division president Todd Davidson. “Grandparents can live in neighborhoods built especially for them; while kids and grandkids can live just down the road.”
Vizcaya will offer many lifestyle amenities including a large pool, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, and walking trails. Its ideal location makes Vizcaya convenient to medical facilities, shopping, restaurants, transportation and downtown Austin. A CCMC lifestyle director will be hired by November 2014, just before first homeowners are expected to arrive.
