CCMC has been named the community management firm for Inspiration Colorado. Developed by Wheelock Street Capital, Inspiration Colorado is a metropolitan district near Denver. With beautiful space defined by nature, this community will feature breathtaking mountain views, 485 acres of open space, and more than 12 miles of hiking and biking trails. Located just minutes from the Denver Tech Center, Inspiration will include both multi-generational and age-qualified neighborhoods. It currently has 225 households, but will eventually grow to 1,700. Residents can expect an innovative assortment of amenities and lifestyle programs.
