According to Forbes, the capital of Texas is the fastest growing city in the nation. “Over the past year, we have watched our Austin/San Antonio households double in size,” explains division president Todd Davidson. “We expect them to double again by the end of 2015.” Our total number of communities in this market is now four including: Alamo Ranch, Hill Country Retreat, The Hollows and Belterra. Additionally, we are providing pre-development consulting for several other area projects. “Our growing business in this market has reached a tipping point,” says Todd. “It is time to establish a full-time presence here and I am very pleased to announce that CCMC vice president Andy Babbitt has been chosen to lead this new operation.”
In his new role, Andy will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to all CCMC communities and clients in Austin and San Antonio. “In expansion markets, our success depends upon seasoned CCMC leaders who know our service product, embrace our philosophy, and can propagate our culture,” says Todd. “These qualities made Andy the obvious choice for this new role.”
Andy will begin transitioning his responsibilities next month, once he relocates to Austin. This transition will be complete by the end of this year. “CCMC’s emphasis on community and lifestyle is perfectly aligned with the Hill Country way of life.
