Craig Pustejovsky

Senior Vice President, Community Operations | CCMC

Craig Pustejovsky serves as Senior Vice President of Community Operations at CCMC and brings more than 17 years of experience in community management. He began his career managing residential and commercial portfolios before transitioning into onsite leadership roles for large master-planned communities.

Over time, Craig advanced into Vice President and Senior Vice President positions at CCMC. In his current role, he focuses on strengthening collaboration across teams, boards, and communities to deliver solutions that create meaningful, positive resident experiences.

Throughout his career, Craig has helped lead major operational initiatives, including the consolidation and standardization of community operations. He has also supported complex community transitions, such as annexing sub-associations into a planned unit development (PUD) and guiding communities through the transition from developer control to homeowner control.

Craig’s military background informs his leadership style, emphasizing patience, adaptability, and teamwork.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and has earned the CAAM, CMCA, and PCAM professional designations. Craig is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), and Valley Partnership.

Outside of work, Craig enjoys scuba diving, golf, woodworking, travel, and discovering unique culinary experiences.
