Lindsay has spent the last 25 years advising, operating, and investing in middle-market businesses.
At CMH, the parent of CCMC, he is responsible for leading the mergers and acquisitions strategy and
partnering with exceptional HOA management companies across the United States.

Prior to CMH, Lindsay held a variety of leadership positions with a focus on M&A and private
equity. Most recently he was a Managing Director and Partner at WSC|Heritage and a Partner at
Copeley Capital, both middle-market private equity groups. He also owned and operated a
manufacturing company, which was sold to a private equity-backed consolidator. Earlier in his
career, Lindsay was a Vice President at Excellere Partners, a Denver-based middle-market private
equity group in Denver; and gained experience in sponsor finance and investment banking.

Based in Charlotte, Lindsay is married with four children and has a diverse array of personal
interests from college sports and music to theoretical physics and woodworking. A musician since
his youth, Lindsay also plays guitar and banjo; and builds open-back banjos on commission. He
attended Oklahoma State University, where he was the College of Business’s first Lew Wentz Research
Scholar, was awarded membership to Mortar Board and President’s Leadership Council, and was a
member of the Sigma Chi fraternity.
