Scott Selman is the Senior Vice President of Community Operations with CCMC, currently overseeing operations across Houston and the East Coast. Building on more than three years of experience as Vice President of Community Operations and two decades in the community management industry, he has developed a strong reputation for driving operational excellence, elevating resident experiences, and cultivating high-performing teams.
With a background that includes resort and hotel management, Scott brings a hospitality-driven approach to community operations, focusing on service quality and resident satisfaction. He holds a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Associations Institute and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
