communities ranging from 1 to 20,000 homes, each with its own distinct brand,
assets, and lifestyle.

Chelsea Bayliff serves as Manager of Resident Experience at CCMC, leveraging
over nine years of expertise in community management and engagement. She
began her career as a Lifestyle Director for a master-planned community in
Charleston, South Carolina, where she developed resident-focused programs
and initiatives.
Chelsea provides strategic leadership in community engagement, overseeing
relationship building, events and programming, amenity activation,
communications, partnerships, and resident-led groups. Her collaborative
approach fosters vibrant communities where residents feel connected and
engaged.

Toni Kanfer is Vice President of Community Operations for CCMC in Florida,
South Carolina, and Tennessee. With more than 17 years in community
management and over a decade at CCMC, she brings deep operational
expertise and a hands-on leadership style that empowers teams to deliver
exceptional resident experiences. Toni partners with developers and
resident-controlled boards to shape forward-thinking communities people are
proud to call home. An active CAI member, she served on the 2024 CAI Gold
Coast Board of Directors, earned her PCAM designation in 2024, and walked to
receive it at CAI National in 2025

With 15 years of programming and engagement experience and over a decade
of experience with large-scale master-planned communities, Jamie focuses on
elevating the resident experience for CCMC-managed communities.
Jamie partners with our clients and team members to provide an unmatched
experience by sharing best practices, tracking national trends for placemaking
and activation, building social capital, and ensuring that each of our boards'
unique visions are infused into the communities our residents' call home.
