With a distinguished career spanning more than 25 years, David stands out as a dynamic and results-driven leader committed to enhancing the lifestyle of living in a CCMC-managed community.  As the President and Chief Operating Officer at CCMC, David has played a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring the effectiveness of our strategic initiatives. Since joining CCMC in 2020 as the Chief Information Officer, David has put an emphasis on innovative technology solutions to optimize and elevate the CCMC experience. David leads CCMC’s Community Success, Customer Service, Information Technology and People Operations teams.

David holds an Engineering degree from Carnegie Mellon University and holds certifications in various technology fields. In 2015, he received the ComputerWorld Premier 100 Leaders Award, and in 2022, he received the Arizona Corporate CIO of the Year Orbie Award presented by ArizonaCIO. His commitment to ongoing professional development ensures that he stays abreast of industry trends and best practices while he continues to challenge his team to a learner mindset.
