Todd’s passion for serving large-scale communities began after joining CCMC over 20 years ago as a recreation club director. His drive and inquisitive nature for the business allowed him to gain hands-on experience in every facet of the company, from site operations, lifestyle services, and employee engagement to financial services, business development, and geographic expansion. Todd has been instrumental in evolving the foundation of our brand and how we operate today.

Todd holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a bachelor’s degree in health management from Friend’s University.
