Meet BUURT – Your New Resident Portal 

We’re excited to introduce you to BUURT, CCMC’s new resident portal. BUURT was designed with you in mind and will be your one-stop shop for reviewing your Association account information and accessing important community information.

What Is BUURT?  

BUURT is a centralized technology platform that will streamline how you currently:

  • Pay and view your account balance
  • View any current or previous compliance issues

Why “BUURT”?  

BUURT stands for Building Unified User and Resident Tools and is also a play on the Dutch word Buurt, which means neighborhood.

How to Register for the New Portal

  • Visit buurt.ccmcnet.com and click “Don’t have one yet? Sign Up” below the login field. When you register, please include your account number and property address. Your account number is listed on your assessment statement.
  • Complete the short form and click “Create Account,” or choose “Continue with Google” if you want to sign up with a Gmail account.
